Costa Del Silencio is
one of the most established areas in the South of Tenerife and
continues to grow with many new developments. The area is very
popular with investors and continues to offer a variety of off-plan
opportunities and for people buying with a view to moving here
permanently. Many nationalities have established themselves in
Costa del Silencio, and English, Belgian, French, Italian, Danish
and German expatriates have all started businesses. A wide variety
of bars and restaurants is available, many offering entertainment
to suit everybody’s taste. Almost anywhere in Costa del Silencio
is just a few minutes walk from the coastline, and the lovely Canarian
fishing village of Las Galletas is a mere 20 minutes walk away. The
main airport for the South – Reina Sofia airport is just
15 minutes drive away, as are Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas.
